In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

kc77 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via a range of locally supported payment methods. The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a kc77 account:

• Accepted Methods: kc77 currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and MCB. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at kc77's discretion.

Withdrawal requests from a kc77 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Verification Prerequisite: kc77 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.

• Right to Review: kc77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of fraud checks, identity verification, or investigation of suspected rule violations. Players will be notified of any such delay in a timely manner.

kc77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses offered by kc77 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published at the point of offer:

• Eligibility: All kc77 bonuses are available only to eligible Players who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time the bonus is claimed. Bonuses are not available to Players who have self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions.

• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, Players may not hold more than one active kc77 bonus simultaneously.

All sports betting, casino games, slot sessions, bingo participation, and any other gaming activity conducted through a kc77 account is subject to the following general rules:

• Acceptance of Bets: kc77 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet or wager at its discretion, including where odds have been offered in error, where a market is suspended, or where a bet is placed in violation of these terms.

• Game Results: The results of all kc77 games are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or live studio outcomes and are final. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the kc77 system record shall be the authoritative reference.
• Disconnection Policy: Where a gaming session is interrupted due to a network disconnection or technical issue, the state of the game at the time of disconnection will be recorded. kc77 will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state. No compensation will be offered for disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider or device.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kc77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to give an unfair advantage in betting or gaming activities.

• Compliance with legal obligations, regulatory requirements, or court orders.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period as defined by kc77's dormancy policy.
• Player-initiated closure request, including self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance (net of disputed amounts or balances subject to review) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to successful completion of identity verification. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are not returned upon account closure.
